Why isnt this the same for all shield dropsuits and vehicles? becuase you dont regen while under fire. But eve has shield boosters...we have LOLregulators |

This way shield tankers would be able to use hit and run tactics better. They could hit, run to cover and fight back pretty fast but once their shields are gone they are vulnerable for quite some time. Or do what I said.....they need buffing anyways...ccp wont do your best idea for shields... |

When armor can be depleted quickly and takes time to recover, it would make much more sense to run shields. Less eHP than the Armor tankers but pretty much more survivability since you can out regen them along with flank them since they're slow...
Thats the point stupid....shuelds are supposed to regen faster. |

I'm all for more variation than "whoever has the best HP/DPS ratio wins" Ugh, no, just no, the penelty is way too damm big, I would never use it 10% less shields thats it for the shield reduction |
